Hi dear friends, i'm from France and firt sorry for my english. It's my first time on this forum and i need your help. :?
I bought a GCX Audio Switcher and i want to know if it's possible to pilot it with a Rocktron Replifex.

I give you my configuration:

Engl E570 Preamp with his midi footcontroller Engl Z12

Replifex Rocktron

GCX Audio Switcher

My question is do you know if it's possible to pilot your GCX Audio Switcher when i connect the midi out of my Replifex.
Did you already have this precise case?
I wait your answer and thank you so much.
Cordialy.

Unfortunately, I do not believe it is possible for a multi-fx unit like the Repliflex to "pilot" a GCX, nor does it appear the Z12 is capable of sending the MIDI CC messages necessary to control a GCX. In addition, I'm a little confused about what you are trying to accomplish because, given the information provided, I don't see the purpose of the GCX in your rig.

I would think you have the Z12 MIDI Out is connected to the E570 MIDI In, and the E570 MIDI Thru connected to the Replifex MIDI In, with the E570 FX Send connected to the Repliflex Right Input and the Left & Right Repliflex Outputs connected to the E570 Left & Right FX Returns.

With the configuration described above, you would simply program Repliflex patches to correspond with respective E570 MIDI Presets, so unless you have a number of additional effects pedals you haven't mentioned yet that you wish to run via the GCX, I don't see a need for one in your rig.
