So i wanted to know if i can use a pedal like the Lehle Dual SGoS and use the Commander to control the amp selection along with my other effects!

setup:

guitar>A/B/Y:

A
pedal switcher>Tuner>Blues Driver>OCD>Pedal Switcher>Chorus>Carbon Copy Delay>Memory Boy Delay>Reverb>AMP A

B
Tube Screamer>RC Loop Station>AMP B

I would want to use commander to control the ability to use amp A or B or Both in conjuction with my other presets from the pedal switchers...So if AMP B is on, with one click of commander i would want AMP A and AMP B on with effects in AMP A, as an example.


The Lehle manual says: The Lehle Dual SGoS transmits a MIDI program-change command via MIDI

The Lehle Dual SGoS is able to receive MIDI-programchange commands in
every operation mode.

Then i see this:

Selecting the MIDI reception channel
In its default state, the Lehle Dual SGoS receives on all MIDI channels
simultaneously (= Omnimode). It is also possible to select a specific channel on
which the Lehle Dual SGoS is to receive.

Commander Presets will each send a MIDI Program Change on MIDI Channel 1. Presets 1-10 send Program Change 1-10. You will only need to connect the MIDI Out of your last Pedal Switcher to the MIDI In of the Lehle Dual SGoS and program the pedal to respond how you wish to each Commander preset.
