Voodoo Lab

Anyone know if it's possible to get the switches for the PCB board of a commander? I think it's still under warranty but I'm kinda hesitant of sending it back to voodoo labs. Sent a pedal switcher in and it's been 4 months and its still not repaired. Kind of a long wait time. Especially since I do this full time as a living, that's way too long to wait for a repair IMO. I'm really not impressed by the quality of these products. Two pieces gone bad in under a year.. Yikes!

We would prefer to inspect your Commander ourselves and perform any necessary repairs. I understand your stance on the matter, but we could certainly expedite it given your previous experience. Either way, I will do what I can to make sure your Pedal Switcher gets back to you immediately.
