Do you know what MIDI channel Soundblox Hub is set to listen on? The manual doesn't give a default channel assignment... I assume this is set via the Hub Manager software.
Is the Soundblox Hub named as a Device in the Ground Control Pro under Device Name/Channel, and if so, is the matching MIDI channel assigned?

Hello!
I just discovered this forum. I'm Jon with Source Audio effects pedals. Let me see if I can help...
The Hub, out of the box, is set to receive information on all MIDI channels. This can be changed to a specific channel using the Hub Manager Software. The steps to create a preset (also called a "scene") are: press a footswitch on the GCP that sends a MIDI Program Change message, then turn on the effect pedal (Orbital Modulator), dial in your sound, and then press and hold the "Save" button on the Hub. You can double check it saved by turning off the pedal, then pressing the GCP footswitch again to send the PC message, and the pedal (and your saved settings) will turn on.
Let me know if this works or if there is anything else I can help with!

I'm sure Jon is actually referring to activating the effect using its bypass footswitch rather than powering the pedal on or off.

Thanks JohnClark!!!
Legacy, make sure the Orbital pedal is powered. When I said on or off, I just meant the effected sound itself.
Press a footswitch on your GCP.
Then press either footswitch on the Orbital to turn the effect on (the LED above the footswitch will light up).
Now, dial in your sound, and press and hold the Save button on the HUB.
You can check to make sure it worked by pressing the footswitch on the Orbital to shut the effect off (LED will go out), then press the footswitch you chose on the GCP. The LED on the Orbital will turn on, and you'll have your sound!
Let me know!!!

Ok
I have one more question for you
I also have your reverb. If i wanna make preset for reverb and modulator on the same button how to do that.
As you hub comes from the factory responding to all channels i did not touch the hub to change anything there
Thanks

Hello!
If you are able to recall a preset on the Orbital Modulator from the GCP, then you can dial in sounds on both the Orbital and Reverb pedal, and save it, just like saving a sound on a single pedal. They will both be recalled. Unless, there is something I'm missing how the GCP needs to be programmed, maybe JohnClark would assist?
