Can I use my GCP with Sonar?

I am curious if I can use my Ground Control Pro & my Mission Expression pedal (through my GCP) to control automation in Sonar 8.5. I am trying to find a more natural way to program the automation envelopes for Whammy and Wah plug-ins for reamping. Has anyone tried the GCP for something like this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

While I am unsure of exactly what parameters you can control, Sonar does have MIDI support so that is a good start. You may want to contact their tech support to find if the specific parameters you want to control can be assigned to respond to an expression controller sending MIDI Control Change messages.
