GCP Midi controller --- AXE FX --- MISSION PEDAL

Ok....have a GCP midi contoller/Axe FX/and a Mission pedal.....setting up to control volume with it.....I have pedal plugged into GCP Pro 1st pedal insert....I set GCP 1st pedal to "on" in the GCP menu.....I exit the GCP menu with a "yes" selection and the GCP now toggles through with the light to each preset(this is the only time the midi signal is lighting up on the Axe FX.....if I enter a selected preset from the GCP it ceases to read the footcontroller....any help????

The expression pedal function is defined in a Ground Control Pro preset. Likely your presets are still set to turn the expression pedals off. Setup Mode is where you tell the Ground Control Pro what thing are connected to it. The Presets are where you define what they are supposed to do. Check out the Using Expression Pedals section of the Ground Control Pro manual under Edit Preset for information on how to set the expression pedals once they are enabled.
