Hooking up the GCX with Pedal Power 2 Plus

Hi guys,

I recently bought a GCX and a Pedal Power 2 Plus and since
have both of them I would like get rid of the 4 Pin power supply
of the GCX and hook it up with Pedal Power 2 Plus.

Has anybody ever done that or is it possible?

man, you have the wrong power source! to power the gcx you need the PedalPower AC, not the 2 plus, because the gcx wants 9V AC power not DC.

is, if I had got the AC version would theire be the required
4 pin barrel cabel?

yes, you need the 4 pin connector for the gcx unit. the simplest way is to cut the original cable and solder a normal barrel connector at the other end to use with the PP AC.
