Hi there
I am running all of my pedals through GCX/GCP and recently I found out i need an extra loop.
So I was thinking to get volume pedal and put other pedal in place of my tuner.
That volume pedal has tuner out.
So if I get my tuner connected to a volume pedal then hooked to my Ground control Pro would sound be muted once i press tuner?
Thanks

Most volume pedals with the tuner out work so that the tuner is always on... you "mute" the signal by rocking the volume pedal all the way back.
p.s. If this volume pedal is actually being used as an expression pedal on your Ground Control Pro, you will not be able to use the tuner out at all.

Correct. Feeding your tuner from the GCX Feed Thru jack will not mute your guitar signal.
What John said about feeding a tuner from the Tuner Out jack on a volume pedal is the method I've used for years, and if your tuner is on your pedal board it's usually the best way to go. Unfortunately, if you're using a rack mount tuner it's a pain having to run an extra cable to it from your volume pedal.
However, if you tell us what pedals you have connected to your GCX loops, someone might be able to offer an alternate resolution for you.
