Poping or clicking when on/off TC G-Force

I use 2 GCX with GCP , 7 pedals in front of 2 amps and G-force and 3 pedals in the amp loops. No poping when I on/off pedals but there is a huge poping when turn on or off the G-Force loop. I have try with buffer or not guitar in, it is the same problem.
Can anyone have any idea or recommendation ?

as i have posted, i believe the clicking is amplified when used in the fx loop. this is because the signal that is being pushed harder by the preamp, and all the gain involved. any noise, be it from switching or inteference, or just noisy gear suffers the same consequence, in any amplifier. you may also notice that the way certain pedals react in the loop compared to in the front end will be increased in the same manner. try putting a fairly saturated chorus pedal in both places and you will see what i mean. massive volume increase when turned on. unfortunately this is just a fact of life for pedal users, and there is not much you can do about it. its not the gcx to blame, any switching apparatus will have similar effect. and all analog relay switching will make some audible sound, purely because of the sudden change of signal path, in most cases its not the actual click coming from the switch, but the change of the sound so suddenly has the effect of a click. sucks but unavoidable.

But let me ask you this
Before I did not have GCX and GC Pro and my pedals were dead quiet.
I run it through GCX and clicking sound is loud.
What is more surpising that there is no serious answer from Voodoo Lab
Just try to connect your guitar differently line without buffer and that's it.
Even if you plug your guitar directly to loop # 1 you can hear clicking.
You tell me it is not GCx please .....I think this buffer sucks....and it is highlighted in GCX manual.Oh man if I just could bring back this thing and get my money back ......

Thank you all of you for replying. I also notice that sometime the poping not much , but another time it is too loud especially when from off to ON. I'm still working out to find something wrong or how to minimize the problem . THe poping is not changed when i plug GF after preamp and before the amp also ( ie the GF not in the amp loop). There are two sources of popping when using true bypass switching. The first is due to the hard cutting and reconnecting of the signal path. This noise will be small when no signal is present and larger when you are playing or there is more noise. Since the signals are AC, varying from +V to -V and crossing zero, the level of the pop will change randomly each time you switch. This is always the case with true bypass and is most noticeable with effects in front of a very high gain amp.

The second source is due to a DC offset prior to true bypass switching. This popping can be very loud depending on the size of the offset. The most common cause of this is a leaking output capacitor, although some effect designs do not properly ground reference, but you won't notice the problem until you put it in a true bypass loop.

As always, the way to resolve a popping issue is to first find the simplest path which still has the problem. Keep unplugging things until the problem goes away. Once you have a simple system to look at, it is much easier to see the problem. Also, remember that bad cables can cause many issues. Every cable is suspect, it doesn't matter how much you paid for it or if it is new.
