I see you've posted in another thread about this issue...

I think if you got loops 5 thru 8 modified to stereo loops, you wouldn't need to use 2 loops for each stereo effect. You then use a simple insert cable for each effect that has a stereo jack on one end and 2 mono jacks on the other end. When you take the signal out of the GCX, it splits (Via the insert cable) into two signals, Left and right which you then send to your amps.

If money is no object you can have all 8 loops converted to stereo loops.... Don't quote me on this but I believe it costs around $120 per 4 loops, as loops 1 to 4 are on one circuit board, and loops 5 to 8 are on a second board. so they basically swap out the mono boards for stereo boards.
