Rivera/Ground Control Pro Phantom power

I have a Rivera KR100 and it can provide phantom power to it's supplied MIDI controller the "Headmaster." I purchased a VL Ground Control Pro over a month ago and would love to get rid of the wall wart.

Does anyone know if the Rivera can phantom power the GCPro properly?
