Ground Control Pro Problems

1. I set the bottom bank to 4 (vs. 10) and everything is working fine with my Eleven Rack except that the big number 1 button does not work in bank zero. Is this a known issue or can I fix it. All my banked presets are off by one because the Big #1 doesn't work in bank zero.
2. The unit (I bought it 2 weeks ago at West LA Music) has version 1.11 in it. Is there a newer version I should be using?
3. When will the new firmware chip with Eleven Rack presets be available and how will I go about getting one?
Thanks,
Tim

1. You already asked this and I provided the answer here... http://www.voodoolab.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=966

Nothing is malfunctioning, you will simply need to manually set what your Ground Control Pro presets do.

2. Currently we are shipping v1.13, however you are going to be upgrading to v2.00 once it is ready so there is not really any point to upgrading right now.

3. Once again, watch the announcements for any more info on this other than what I have already provided here on this forum and directly to you in person. Suffice to say that right now I can only assure you that it is coming very soon and will be as painless a process as possible.

Thanks John but the info does not help.
1. I did what the instructions said to do to have GCP trigger my Eleven Rack but
one button is acting weird. I cannot find instructions in the manual for fixing
my problem hence this post. You said it would control the Eleven Rack right
out of the box if I changed the bank setting from 10 to 4. It almost works
perfectly except for the Big #1 button doesn't work in bank zero. The preset
A1 on the Eleven Rack is brought up by the big #2 button in bank zero on the
GCP. This specific thing is what I need help with fixing.
2. When will version 2.0 be available and how can I go about getting one?
Thanks,
Tim

1) I said it would control Eleven right out of the box and it does. I also said that you would need to program the presets so they do exactly what you want and that is still true. I asked that you follow the steps I provided as well as read up on the pertaining section in the Ground Control Pro manual so we can all speak the same language, as it were... instead you created a new thread with the same question and no mention of following my directions. I really am trying to help here. So here is another attempt to get this up and running for you.

1. Recall any Ground Control Pro preset you want to edit. Start with button #1 on the bottom row
2. Press-and-hold the Edit button.
3. Once the Ground Control Pro screen changes enter the desired MIDI Program Change for the device you are controlling. In this case, for preset 1, you will type 01 using the smaller numbered buttons
4. Press the Edit button to save the preset then press the Yes button.
5. Repeat these steps for each subsequent preset but make button 2 send 02, button 3 send 03, button 4 send 04... so on and so on.

2) Please see "3." from my last post.
