We are the manufacturer, right here in beautiful northern California. Everything is fine.
A custom made component was rejected because it was out of spec. We required our supplier to produce new samples to be approved prior to re-making the parts. This caused a delay, but was necessary to meet our quality standards. I expect to start shipping again within 1-2 weeks.
