When I have my Ground Control in "4 Preset/bank" mode, when I step on Bank 0, Button 1 (on the bottom left) it sends no signal (at least, none that Bome's MIDI translator can see).
changing to presets 02, 03, 04 give these commands, respectively: C0 00, C0 01, C0 02
Switching to preset 01, from any other preset, send no command I can see.
Switching to bank 01, all four buttons send signals when pressed:
11, 12, 13, 14 send C0 03, C0 04, C0 05, C0 06

Figured it out. I had to change my device to start at 0, not 1.
first preset on "4 Preset/bank" mode sends no commands?
