I am new to the Eleven rack system and trying to get it working 100% with the GCP.
The Eleven patch list for what looks like user presets goes to Z4 which is patch 103
There are additional patches with the lowercase alpha chars. They start at patch a1 on the Eleven Rack.
I may have missed it, but is there any way to access all of the patches in the eleven rack with one GCP patch set? The manual says that bank changes need to be sent for the user and factory presets.
It doesn't look like the GCP will do that. The highest I can go is patch 127 - which would be lower case patch 'f4'. I understand that the patch number in general is a midi spec limitation. The issue is how can I send a bank and then patch change from the GCP so I can access all of the Eleven patches?
From the manual:
User/Factory Bank Change (Precedes Program Change)
Bank Change 32 Value 1 = Factory Rigs 0= User Rigs
Thoughts?

Re: GCP and Eleven Rack programming - user/factory preset ba
guitarmech111,
This is going from memory, it's been over a year since I messed with the 11 Rack as far as user / factory presets.
If I'm not mistaken, on a factory stock box, the presets are the same from A1 - Z4 as they are from a1 - z1. At least mine were, I got it from sweetwater. If memory serves me correctly, I'm pretty sure it's a limitation of the GCP that you can't go above 127 or 128 I forget which. That's really not a big deal since you can't (again AFAIK) modify factory presets. Copy the ones you like to user space and tweak them if need be, that's what I did.
I hope this helps.
