Setting up GCP, Expressoin Pedal and GMAJ2 as Harmonizer

Post by stantonj »

Does anyone have their GCP and a GMAJ 2 setup to be harmonizer with an expression pedal? If anyone has the parameter settings for a good harmonizer effect that can be accessed with an expression pedal, please let me know what those parameters are...

The G-Major 2 has a "Whammy" setting and getting it set up is shown in the G-Major 2 User Manual in the Mod Menu section. Look to External Control Using Modifiers, then the Assigning an expression pedal as a Whammy example.

Good Luck!

I have removed my 2nd expression pedal and am going with one EB jr... I have added a Morley Wah in its place... This is due to space constraints on my board.

I have established a harmonizer setting on my G MAJ 2 and renamed it: harmonizer. Clever, huh? lol

So, what I can do is setup one of my presets within a bank to recall my harmonizer setting on demand.

What I wanted to do initially is be able to use an expression pedal and bring in a harmonizer effect-I get what I need using the way I am doing it now though...

Be like Gumby-stay flexible! :)
