Hi,

This is pretty easy, although I'm sure john Clark will chime in with other options. First of all I would not put the POD in the FX loop of the MP1 if you're using it for hi-gains and overdrives. I'm not 100% sure about the POD, but I know hi-gains and overdrives don't sound good in FX loops, although this may be a different case with the PODxt.

I would wire the G-Major in the MP1 FX loop, and wire the PODxt in series between the GCX and the MP1.

I would put the Wah between the guitar and the GCX guitar in, and wire the volume pedal into the GCP exp 1 input to control global volume via the G-Major. The volume pedal can then double up as an expression pedal to control parameters on the POD and the G-Major if needed, so a win win there.

So in summary:

Guitar > Wah > GCX guitar front panel input.
GCX rear panel Guitar Out > Loop 1 in (You'll then place any other effects into the GCX as required)
GCX rear panel loop 8 output (If you're using all 8 loops) > PODxt input
PODxt Output > MP1 Input
MP1 L&R Stereo outs > Marshall L&R Stereo ins
Marshal L&R outputs to cabs

MP1 FX send > G-Major left (Mono) Input
G-Major L&R Outputs > MP1 FX return

Midi:
GCP 7 Pin Midi out > GCX Pedal in
GCX Midi out > PODxt midi in
PODxt Midi Thru > G-Major Midi In
G-Major Midi Thru > MP1 Midi in

Volume pedal > GCP Exp 1 input

The other option if you really want to maintain stereo with the PODxt is to wire the PODxt into 2 GCX loops and then wire the MP1 FX loop into 2 other GCX loops. Although this would be made a hell of a lot simpler if you had the stereo mod done on loops 5 thru 8 of the GCX
