12v cabling for Eventide H9

Post by mangini »

Does the 4x4 come with a 12v center-positive cable to power an Eventide H9 in the box, or must it be purchased separately?

Yes, you will use one of the included cables with the single Red end for the H9.

I hope that helps!

I am using the 4x4 with a H9 also but I get processing noise from the H9 when I try to connect with 12V and red end. Works fine with 9V however.. what is the problem?

Sorry, didn't see you hiding here ;)

The 12V out should work perfectly fine for an H9. Do you get the same behavior from either 12V output? When this happens are you also using the adjacent 9V output? Feel free to give us a call or write to info@voodoolab.com if you would like to arrange for us to inspect your 4x4.
