Will a Truetone CS12 power brick fit under Dingbat medium pedalboard?

Post by Jarvismcjigglestein »

The dimensions for this power supply are 8.12” x 3.37” x 2”.

Also, is it safe to mount the power supply with something like gorilla tape (holds up to 30lbs) since I'm assuming the pedal boards mounting hardware will not fit this unit?

Thanks

It would be a tight fit, but it should make it without the power supply touching the floor as long as you are using a low profile mount method. I also cannot say for certain how well the switches will fit in the holes in the board. I don't know how well tape of any sort will work, but it's worth a shot I suppose. The board itself is aluminum so if you wanted to make some brackets drilling holes in the board wouldn't be too difficult.

I hope that helps!

CS12 fits fine and the power connection lines up with the cutout. I mounted mine with a liberal amount of dual lock and you’d need a crowbar to get it loose.
