Ask for support for GCP

I just received a GCP (pre-owned) and it seems to have an anomaly and wanted to see how to address it.
Here's what i experience: once I power it on - official power adapter - it shows the intro screen, but the far right character seems to have all the LED segments lit and flickers or 'rotates' very fast. The red LED above button 3 (or -/NO) also flickers really fast.

I have not put the board to use as of yet as not being able to read the far right character hinders me with setting channel and some other options.
Is my GCP broken? How would I connect with Voodoo Lab about this?

Hi there,
I have this happening to mine but in a different position, I hasn’t stopped me using it. I shall like to find out what is going on to. I pulled mine apart and removed the firmware and slid it in and out of the socket a couple of times. I am going to pull it apart again and contact clean all plugs and sockets for the ribbons and the chips and see if that does anything. I shall post again if I find anything that stops it.
