Control Switcher + Laney IRT30 + Boss GT1000

I'm stumped on this issue so I thought I would post here.
I have my GT-1000 connected to my Laney Ironheart IRT-30 via 4CM.

I purchased a Voodoo Lab Controller Switcher to convert the Laney's channel switching functions to Midi.
The goal is to create patches using the 3 channels that the amp offers. I'd have a clean and lead channel patches rather than using a footswitch on the GT to change the channels.

The Voodoo labs is connected and changing my amp channels. It doesn't seem like the GT-1000 and the Voodoo Labs are communicating.
I think I have followed the instructions in the Manual for Use with other Midi Controllers but I can't seem to get the selected channels on the amp to save with the patches.

Is there a Midi Guru in the group that can assist me with this?
