PP2Plus outlet 5&6 questions

So am I correct in my understanding of how to use outlets five and six. I have a Fender Santa Anna Pedal which draws 170 Milla amps. So that pedal or any other one that exceeds 100 Milla amps gets plugged into five or six and the DIP switch remains in the normal position. Is that correct

Yes that is correct, 5&6 can handle up to 250ma, all others up to 100ma.
