Hello! I have two AC devices in my rack. A GCX and a DBX 266. I have a very strong hum when I turn on only the source of DBX. I wonder if I can use pedal power AC to connect these devices. The DBX uses 18V AC 400mA.

The Pedal Power AC has four outputs, two that will provide 9VAC and two that are each selectable between 9VAC or 12VAC. AC outputs cannot be combined to provide 18V. I hope that helps!
