Effects setup??

Hi, Hope someone can help me!
I wanna run my Sparkle Drive into a Boss ME20 multi effects unit
which then runs into the front of my amp.
Is the preamp in the ME20 going to be a problem??

I can't really answer this for sure... just start off with the ME-20 output level set quite low so you do not crush the instrument level input of your amplifier.
