Pedal Power x8 with Pedal Train Classic Jr.

I have a Pedal Power x8, and can't figure out how to mount it under my Pedal Train Classic Jr. Unlike the x4, this can't be rotated 90 degrees, and it's such a low-profile device that the built-in bracket covers the power connections. I could use right angles and make it work, but the 12V DC input is straight only. Any ideas?

Adding a right angled extension/adapter might be a good option.
