Ground Control Pro just back from repair, new issue

I just got my ground control pro back from being repaired at Voodoo labs and upon startup, it's not acting normal. Not sure if the IC unseated in shipping or some other issue happened. Any one seen display like the attached pics? It cycles through similar nonsensical readout when initializing. I did the memory reset and no difference. It will not change the program on my Eleven rack, it tries to change but reverts to the original patch.
