The pedals of expression do not working when both be connected to ground control. When are both in upper position, pressing first or second pedal not change value. When one be pressed in bottom position alters on maximum data of second and inversely. this is strange because pedals are dependent from each other.
iI is conflicting with idea two working separately and independent pedals which separate control parameters in the same or different device.
My version is ground control v.1.12.
Sorry for my launguage.
Two expression pedals problem
Re: Two expression pedals problem
One or both of your expression pedals are connected backwards.

Re: Two expression pedals problem
If some of pedals is in top this pressing second does not change parameters.First excludes second and inversely. When only one pedal is connected all is OK:Pedal change parameters
Re: Two expression pedals problem
What exactly are the two pedals you are using and how are they connected to the Ground Control Pro? If you are using guitar volume pedals connected with Insert cables, swap the input and output connections on one or both pedals. What software version is your Ground Control Pro?

Re: Two expression pedals problem
If only P1 or only P2 be connected, parameters change correctly i.e.: in upper position (heel or min.) P1 = 000 in lower position(toe or max.) P1 = 127, also identically second one P2.
But only how only one of them be connected P1 or P2 (not both).
If are connected two pedals P1 and P2 (both) to ground control simultaneously , they doesn't work correctly and I presume that this is problem with software.
When P1 is in upper(heel or min.) position P1 = 000 and also P2 is in upper(heel or min.) position P2 = 000 when I press to position lower (toe or max.) does't change value neither P1 neither P2.
If I will press and I will leave in lower (toe or max). position P1 value P1 = 000 and I will press to lower (toe or max). position P2 ,P2 changes value to P2 = 127 but P2 also change value of P1 = 127.
If I will come back to upper (heel or min.) position P1 change value P1 = 000 but value changes also P2 = 000 despite that P2 is in lower (toe or max.) position, should be not change and stay in P2= 127.
I have two expression pedals Bespeco VM16L but I tried on different pedals volume e.g.:. ErnieBall and also all the time is the same problem.
Ground control pro is version 1.12

Re: Two expression pedals problem
Presume away... I know the problem is that the Insert cables you are using need to be connected differently. You need to at least acknowledge that you have indeed reversed the Input and Output connections on your volume pedals. This is not audio so if your Insert cables are labeled with directional arrows, please feel free to ignore them. If your two Volume Pedals are identical and your two Insert cables are identical, then you need to reverse the connections on both pedals.
p.s. The connections... reverse them.
p.s. The connections... reverse them.

Re: Two expression pedals problem
I would have assumed that the EB pedals you tested this with would have been connected using Insert cables, however if you are going to use the Bespeco pedals you will need to swap the Tip and the Ring connection on the TRS plug on the end of the captured cable.

Re: Two expression pedals problem
Thank you very much, now is working.
Re: Two expression pedals problem
This is the exact problem I am having. I have reversed the cables but will try again... Do the pedal cables have to be reversed (different) from each other or should they be the same?
My two TS tips are color coded: red and white.
Should pedal 1 and pedal 2 have the same colors for input and output?
