Can I power on of these off of a PP2+?

I'm guessing not, as the adapter says it's output is 9VAC 830mA.

The Pedal Power 2+ outputs are all DC. Your device requires AC power. You can use the supplied adapter connected to the Courtesy Outlet on the back of the Pedal Power 2+.
