Mondo and Pedaltrain 2 installation specifics...

Post by GuitarWildman »

I need to remove the Pedal Power 2 plus and install a Mondo in my Pedaltrain 2 board.
I'm not willing to give up the courtesy outlet (it powers my HD500X)...

Is there a template and/or instructions on how to install the brick, where to drill the hole for the courtesy outlet, what size hole, what brackets will work, etc?

I think I would've purchased the Mondo sooner if I was able to find a template or at least a Youtube showing how to do this "upgrade" while keeping access to the courtesy outlet, and keeping my Pedaltrain-2. Any help is welcome...

The same brackets that you used for your Pedal Power 2+ will work for all models of the Pedal Power.

I don't have a template, but I can offer that a Hole Saw would be the right tool for adding another access hole to the rear panel of your PT2.

Here is a TGP thread detailing a lot of Pedaltrain modifications...

I hope that helps!
