Sparkle Drive hum

I bought one today. I works great, except that it has some extra hum. I compared (excuse my English, I'm from Argentina) with my Tubescreamer and a few other overdrives. The hum is in the limit of it being usable or not. But... if I touch de switch with my finger, the hum stops! what can it be? Thanks! Any help will be apreciated!

It sounds as if maybe the nut that holds the switch in place is not tight... (inside the pedal there is a ground ring that is held tight against the chassis by the switch mounting hardware) ...tighten the flat nut on the outside of the chassis at the switch and it should take care of the issue.
