SummerLand – You can easily use analog chorusing to add gentle motion to a sustained chord, or pulsating punch to a rhythm track or distorted solo. This demo takes you through these various guitar sounds via different Speed and Intensity settings on the Analog Chorus.

SpinningSpeaker – Another great sound is to use Analog Chorus for a rotating speaker sound. By putting the Speed and Intensity knobs full up, you can have some fun with this thick, Leslie-like tone. Play some expensive chords, turn the amp up and you’re ready to go.

The Lost Videos
Sometime in 1997, a few friends of Voodoo Lab got together for a “tone party” at the LA home of guitarist Joey Brasler. Players like session great Tim Pierce, Jamie Kime (Zappa plays Zappa, Michelle Branch, Jewel), Blues Saraceno (solo artist), and Randy Jacobs (Was Not Was, Boneshakers) all took turns dialing up tones on the entire Voodoo Lab stompbox line. Everything was recorded on video and the tapes were packed away for safe keeping...
Well for nearly a decade, those tapes were essentially lost until a “former” employee found one of them in a box. Unfortunately some tapes are still missing, but we made digital transfers of whatever we could find. While this footage was never meant to be the definitive demo of these products, we felt like it would be fun and educational to put them out. We hope you enjoy them and we’ll be releasing clips as we find them so stay tuned!
General Recording Notes for "The Lost Videos"
All footage was originally recorded by Voodoo Lab founder Josh Fiden using a Sony TR700 Hi-8 camcorder with its built-in mic. That's it! The tapes were recovered and transferred "as is" into Final Cut Pro by Marc Shur and edited by James Santiago. Please note that Mr. Fiden wasn’t responsible for losing the tapes for almost a decade.
